Company Update!
Thursday, August 18, 2011
-
The New Sharon Volunteer Fire Company #1 has received an email from the office of Congressman Robert Andrews stating the IRS has let us know that the New Sharon Fire Company has been granted 501 (c) (3) status. A letter dated 8/16/11 from the IRS has been sent to the Fire Company at PO Box 5194.

This accomplishment has put the company in a better position in the rebuild process.  Applying for a loan is now in the process. Once the loan is secured the rest of the process will fall into place and progress on the building will be seen by all.
